In preparation for the transition after baby arrives, we are trying to get Hannah transitioned to a bed instead of the crib. We picked up a bed from a garage sale a few months ago. We are planning on doing a little sanding and repainting it over the next week or so. Yesterday we went mattress shopping. Hannah wasn't really into it at first. She didn't really want to sit on the bed or even touch it. We went to three different places. By the time we go to the last one she started getting into it. She was climbing on all the beds and bouncing for a few minutes and then climbing off and moving to the next one. We got her mattress, and hopefully we will finish her bed by next Saturday so we can move it into her room and start the actual transition process.
I'll add a few pictures once the bed is finished.

Sorry I didn't get to talk to you guys on Sunday. Hopefully the bed will be done in time of the new baby. It wont take long for Hannah to get use to the new bed as long as she is excited about her big girl bed. It will take some time for her to know that she has to stay in it though so expect that new trial. Just keep putting her in it and leaving the room. Can't wait to see you guys in a week or so.
